OUTCOME OF ARBITRATION PROCESS REGARDING THE DISPUTE WITH ITHUBA AND ZAMANI
Shareholders are advised the arbitration with Zamani Marketing and Management
Consultants Proprietary Limited and Ithuba Holdings Proprietary Limited; the trustees of the
Charmaine Mabuza Trust, the trustees of the Erik Mabuza Trust, Zamani Gaming Proprietary
Limited and Zamani Treasury Proprietary Limited, (together referred to as "the parties")
refered to in previous SENS announcements has finally been determined by an arbitration
award in favour of the company.

The company has today applied for the award to be made an order of court.
