The Land Bank wishes to announce that Ms. Gugu Mtetwa has tendered her resignation from the Board
of Directors with effect 31 August 2019. The Land Bank Board is in the process of appointing a
replacement Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committee.
The Bank wishes to thank Gugu for her services as Non-Executive Director of the Land Bank, and in
particular her services as Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committee.
