LONG-TERM SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL SCALE CREDIT RATING AT A-(ZA)
Shareholders are hereby advised that Transaction Capital Limited's long-term South African national
scale rating has been affirmed by Global Credit Ratings ("GCR") at A-(za), while the short-term rating
has been revised to A2(za) due to change in GCR's rating definitions. Transaction Capital Limited's
long-term unsolicited international scale ratings have been revised to B+ from BB- due to a change in
GCR's mapping methodology with all outlooks accorded as stable.
