FURTHER NOTIFICATION OF TOP-UP PAYMENT TO SCHEME PARTICIPANTS IN TERMS OF THE
SCHEME
Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 25 July 2019 relating
to the Top-Up Payment, Scheme Participants are advised that Deloitte & Touche have finally
determined the Top-Up Payment as equal to R0.00 per Torre Share. In terms of the Circular, Deloitte
& Touche's decision in this regard is final and binding. Thus no Top-Up Payment is due or payable.
