Shareholders are advised that Brait has received notification from Investec
Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Investec") of the acquisition by Investec of
Brait shares on behalf of its segregated clients, such that Investec's total
beneficial interest in the Company is now in excess of 5% of Brait's ordinary
shares.

Stock Exchange and its secondary listing is on the Johannesburg Stock
