Shareholders of Stor-Age are referred to the announcement released on 23 July 2019 whereby notice was given
to shareholders of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Thursday, 22 August 2019 (the
"Announcement").
Shareholders are hereby notified that the venue of the AGM has changed from that published in the
Announcement and referred to in the notice of the AGM.
The AGM will now be held at:
Ground floor, JSE building
155 Campground Road
Newlands
Cape Town
The date and time of the AGM remain the same, that is Thursday, 22 August 2019 at 14:00.
The change of venue does not affect the validity of any form of proxy already submitted or to be submitted in
respect of the AGM.
