EXTENSION TO THE POSTING OF CIRCULAR
1. INTRODUCTION
Ingenuity shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the firm intention announcement published on
SENS on 16 July 2019 (the "Announcement") (the terms and definitions contained therein apply mutatis
mutandis hereunder), relating to the proposed Scheme, General Offer and Delisting.
In the Announcement, Shareholders were advised that a Circular, containing, inter alia, the full terms of
the Scheme and General Offer, pertinent dates relating thereto and the necessary forms, was expected to
be distributed to Shareholders on or about 14 August 2019.
2. EXTENTION TO THE POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Shareholders are advised that Ingenuity approached the TRP for an extension of the posting date of the
Circular, which request was granted. The Circular is expected to be posted to Shareholders by no later
than 26 August 2019.
