CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders and bondholders are advised that the board of directors of Hospitality ("the Board") has appointed Ms CC
September as an independent non-executive director of Hospitality with effect from 15 August 2019.
Ms September served as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training in the Fifth Parliament.
She previously served as Minister of Human Settlements. She first became a Member of Parliament in 1999 and served in
various Portfolio Committees including Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Water Affairs & Forestry. Ms
September also served as Whip in the National Assembly in 2004. She obtained a Master's degree in Technology
Management from Warwick University. Ms September retired from Parliament in May 2019.
Hospitality welcomes Ms September to the Board.
