CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Tradehold
shareholders are advised that, Mettle Corporate Finance Proprietary Limited has resigned as company
secretary of the Company with effect from 1 September 2019. Mr. Pieter Johan Janse van Rensburg
has been appointed as the new Company Secretary with effect from the same date.
Mr. Janse van Rensburg, a Certified Director, Chartered Accountant and Master Tax Practitioner, is
currently an Associate Director of AJM Tax – South Africa. Prior to joining AJM Tax he acted as
Financial Manager at Campari South Africa (Pty) Ltd (2016 – 2018) and Red Bull South Africa (Pty) Ltd
(2015 - 2016). Prior to this he held the position of Corporate and International Tax Manager at
PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Services (Pty) Ltd (2013 – 2015).
Mr. Janse van Rensburg's professional and academic competencies include a vast knowledge of
corporate governance, particularly the King IV code.
