FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE POTENTIAL
DISPOSAL OF NAMPAK‘S GLASS BUSINESS
Due to the potential disposal of the Nampak Glass business, Nampak
Limited first advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company's securities on 28 February 2019.
Nampak is making significant progress in the negotiations and the
parties remain fully committed to concluding the transaction.
The transaction, if concluded, will be subject to competition
authority approval and may have a material effect on the price of the
Company's securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the Company's securities until a full announcement is
made.
