1. Shareholders of the Company are advised that John Paterson (John), an executive director of
the Company, has resigned with effect from 23 August 2019.
2. Consequently, John has also resigned from the following subsidiary and associate companies:
(a) Wanooka Properties (Proprietary) Limited, (b) Parktown Crescent Properties (Proprietary)
Limited, (c) Riqueza Properties One (Proprietary) Limited and (d) Pybus Sixty Two (RF)
(Proprietary) Limited, and has also resigned as a member of the Social, Ethics and
Transformation Committee.
3. The board wishes him well in his future endeavours.
4. Mr Demetrios Kyriakides, the Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as a member of the
Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee.
