The Board of Directors of Union Atlantic Minerals Limited hereby advises that pursuant to the
resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders of UAM held on 05 August
July 2019, the results of which were published on SENS on 05 August 2019 the board has authorised
the issue of 139 788 094 shares of no-par value to Theo Botoulas at 2.66 cents per share and 52 270 676
shares of no-par value for cash at 2.66 cents per share.
The issued share capital of UAM after the above issues will be 1 480 145 213 ordinary no par value
shares
