that, as a result of the Company's ongoing buy-back programme, Qatar
Holding's holding of 1,221,497,099 shares (unchanged from the figure
published in the Company's 2018 Annual Report) has reached 9.00% of Company's
total voting rights.
This percentage is calculated on the basis of 13,570,299,249 total voting
rights, as announced on Thursday, 22 August 2019.
