TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("Act")
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 26 August 2019 :
- acquisition of shares by Allan Gray Proprietary Limited on behalf of its clients,
such that Allan Gray's total beneficial interest in the Company as of 26 August
2019 has increased to 15.0364% of the issued capital of the Company.
