CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Trans Hex shareholders
are advised that Mr Llewellyn Delport has resigned as a director from the Trans Hex board of directors
(the "Board") and will no longer serve as chief executive officer of the Company ("CEO"), with effect
from 31 August 2019.
Mr Marco Wentzel, a non-executive director and chairman of the Board, will serve as the executive
chairman of the Company until such time as Trans Hex appoints a suitable candidate to succeed Mr
Delport as CEO.
The Board would like to thank Mr Delport for his valuable service and contribution to the Company since
2004.
