INCREASE IN THE SIZE OF THE DMTN PROGRAMME
Noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the Programme
Amount of the Super Group Limited Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 22 October 2013 (the Programme Memorandum)from
ZAR2 000 000 000 to ZAR5 000 000 000 effective 27 August 2019 as
provided for in the section of the Programme headed General
Description of the Programme.
The reason for the increase is to provide for further issuances
to support the growth of Super Group in the future.
