CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"),
shareholders are advised that Mr Frans Andre van Hoogstraten steps down as chairman of the board and
that Mr Carl Alfred Grillenberger, current non-executive director is appointed as chairman of the board with
immediate effect.
Mr Frans Andre van Hoogstraten remains a member of the board as lead independent non-executive
director.
