WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 10 April 2019, the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 22 August 2019, the results of annual general
meeting and changes to the board of directors' announcement dated 15 August 2019 and the changes to the
board announcement dated 16 August 2019.
Following the reconstitution of the board of directors of PSV, shareholders are advised that negotiations with
the party identified by the previous board of directors relating to the potential capital injection into the
Company have been terminated. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to
be exercised when dealing in the Company's securities.
The current board is investigating potential funding options available to the Company and shareholders will
be advised once further information becomes available.
