CATEGORY 1 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION – UPDATE ON POSTING DATE OF THE TRANSACTION CIRCULAR
Shareholders of Niveus ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 July 2019
advising that Niveus has agreed to sell its interest in Niveus Invest 20 Proprietary Limited and Niveus' subsidiary,
La Concorde South Africa Proprietary Limited, has agreed to sell its interests in a portfolio of properties ("Proposed
Transactions").
The JSE Limited has granted an extension with regards to the posting of the circular containing the full details of the
Proposed Transactions until 30 September 2019.
The salient dates and times of the Proposed Transactions, including the date of the Shareholders meeting, will be
announced on SENS in due course.
