As per the SENS announcement dated 2 September 2019, the aforementioned trade has been concluded
through DNG Energy Proprietary Limited ("DNG Energy"), which is 100% indirectly owned by Aldworth Mbalati
and a Level 1 BEE Contributor. Accordingly, DNG Energy now holds a 25.6% shareholding in PSV. This is the
first step in executing the strategy of the new board of directors of PSV per the SENS announcement dated
16 August 2019.
