Shareholders are advised that, following an internal restructure of the company, whereby the number of subsidiaries have
been reduced in order to save on audit, administrative and secretarial fees, Hospitality's company secretary has changed
from HPF Management Proprietary Limited to HPF Properties Proprietary Limited ("HPF Properties") with effect from
2 September 2019.
LR van Onselen will remain the designated representative of HPF Properties.
