SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X
Transaction Capital is pleased to announce that its shares will be listed and traded on A2X with effect
from 10 September 2019 (the A2X listing date').
Transaction Capital will retain its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), and its
issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. Transaction Capital's shares
will be available to be traded on both the JSE and A2X from the A2X listing date.
A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and
is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa (previously the
Financial Services Board) in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012.
