AVAILABILITY OF THE AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE GUARANTOR
Noteholders are advised that the audited financial results ("the financial results") of The Bidvest Group Limited
("the Group"), as the Guarantor to the Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year ended 30 June
2019, are available for inspection at the Issuer's registered office.
The financial results of the Guarantor have also been made available on the Group's website at
https://www.bidvest.co.za/financial-results-archive.php.
Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the financial results is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
Retained earnings as at 1 July 2018 has been restated due to the adoption of IFRS 15 and IFRS 9 ("the IFRS
Standards"). The application of the IFRS Standards has had no material impact on the Group's financial results,
for further details, please refer to the financial results on the website.
