FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ACCEPTANCE BY DIRECTORS OF SHARES
AWARDED IN TERMS OF THE STOR-AGE CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 September 2019 regarding the
acceptance by the executive directors of shares awarded in terms of the Stor-Age Property REIT
Limited Conditional Share Plan ("CSP"). Shareholders are advised that the vesting date of the awards
is 1 September 2022. The proposed vesting date assumes certain performance conditions have been
deemed satisfied by the Remuneration Committee. If not deemed satisfied by 1 September 2022, then
the vesting date will be the date on which this is finalised by the Remuneration Committee.
