VOLUNTARY UPDATE ON SUSPENSION
In accordance with paragraph 1.6 of the JSE Listings Requirements which deals with the
suspension of a company's securities by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"),
shareholders are advised that the Company is still engaging with potential investor/s
regarding an equity investment into Visual. The implementation of the disposal of
Stellendale Junction as previously announced and approved by shareholders is also
expected to be finalised by the end of September, either of which will release cash flow in
to the group.
A conservative approach is being adopted by the Company at present.
The audit has to be completed and the Annual Report finalised. An application will be
made for the lifting of the suspension as soon as the Annual Report is posted to shareholders
and the Company has complied with all the necessary JSE Listings Requirements.
