of the appointment of Mr Udo Lucht as an alternate non-executive director to the RMI
board, effective 3 September 2019.
Mr Lucht is the current Head of Portfolio at Royal Bafokeng Holdings Proprietary Limited
("RBH"). He is a qualified chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst. He spent
13 years at RMB, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, before joining RBH in 2016.
