Further to the announcement dated 23 July 2019 (and using the terms defined therein), shareholders
are advised that the Due Diligence Investigation in respect of the Acquisition is ongoing and
therefore, the financial information pertaining to the subject of the Acquisition for the year ended 30
June 2019 is still being ascertained.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement relating to the outstanding financial information is made.
