APPOINTMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL DESIGNATED AUDITOR
Afrox shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
Friday, 24 May 2019, wherein Shareholders were advised that, inter alia, Mr Megan Naidoo, the individual
designated auditor representing the Company's external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC"),
("Audit Partner") had resigned from the employ of PwC, with effect from 31 May 2019.
Shareholders are hereby advised that, following an assessment of suitability for appointment as the Audit
Partner by the Company, in accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Mr Hendrik Odendaal has been appointed as the Company's replacement Audit Partner with immediate
effect.
