CLN317 issued by Standard Bank will be partially de-listed in
the amount of ZAR19,700,000 (the "Redeemed Portion") by the JSE
Limited effective 9 September 2019. The partial de-listing of
the Note is due to the fact that Standard Bank, as the issuer
thereof, has repurchased and owns the Redeemed Portion. The
remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of CLN317 in issue is
ZAR100,000,000. The "pay date" (as such term is defined in the
Debt Listings Requirements) is 5 September 2019.
