RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that Mr T Kgari has tendered his resignation as Insimbi's Company Secretary and will
leave the employ of the Company on completion of his notice period on 3rd November 2019.
The Company will commence a process of identifying a suitable replacement. Shareholders will be
advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
The Insimbi board and Executive committee thank Mr Kgari for his service during his tenure.
