Metrofile Holdings' shareholders are advised that the Company is currently in discussions with a
third party which has approached the board of directors ("Board") regarding the potential
acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Company ("Approach"). The Board of Metrofile
Holdings has constituted an independent sub-committee of the Board to assess and consider the
terms of the Approach.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement in this regard is made.
