AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE INTEGRATED REPORT OF THE GUARANTOR
Momentum Metropolitan Life Limited wishes to advise noteholders that the annual financial statements of the
Issuer for the year ended 30 June 2019 ("2019 financial statements") and the integrated report of Momentum
Metropolitan Holdings Limited, the guarantor to the Issuer's Domestic Medium Term Note programme, ("the
Guarantor") are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer.
The annual financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/note-programme. The integrated report of the
Guarantor has also been made available on its website at https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-
relations/annual-reports.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the 2019 financial statements is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders of the following restatements to the previously
published annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30 June 2018 ("2018 financial
statements"):
1. The segmental report contained in the 2018 financial statements has been restated, due to the new
operating business unit structures and to provide meaningful comparison for these new segments; and
2. The earnings per ordinary share table contained in the Notes to the 2018 financial statements have been
restated, due to the new earnings metric adopted by the Issuer.
Please refer to the 2019 financial statements for further information with regard to the restatements.
