UPDATE ON BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ("B-BBEE") ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 30 August 2019, in which the Company
advised that the anticipated date of submission of the B-BBEE annual compliance report to the B-BBEE
Commission would take place on or about the 6 September 2019.
Shareholders are advised that, due to the verification process not yet being finalised the Company is not
in a position to submit its B-BBEE compliance report at this stage. It is expected that the Company will
be in a position to submit the B-BBEE compliance report by the end of September 2019 and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
