CHANGES TO THE GPI BOARD AND ITS COMMITTEES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders of the following
changes to the Board and the GPI board committees, which changes have been approved
by the Board and are effective from 9 September 2019:
Lead Independent Non-Executive Director
Professor Walter Geach, an existing independent non-executive director of the Company,
has been appointed as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director.
Audit and Risk Committee
Mr Keshan Pillay has been appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee.
Social and Ethics Committee
Mr Mohsin Tajbhai has been appointed to the Social and Ethics Committee.
Remuneration and Nomination Committee
Dr Hassen Adams has been appointed to the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
