In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Finbond Group Limited wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation
of Mr. Danie Brits as non-executive director of Finbond with effect from
10 September 2019. The board of Finbond wishes to thank Mr. Brits for the
valuable contributions he has made to the Company and wish him all the
best with his future endeavours.
