CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Khanyisile Moses ("Khanyisile") has been
appointed as an executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Khanyisile holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg,
where she subsequently obtained an Honours degree in the same field. In addition, she holds a
certificate in labour relations management, obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand. Khanyisile
has a wealth of experience in human resources management and has been appointed as Group Human
Resources Director.
The Board welcomes Khanyisile and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
