CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the AfroCentric
board of directors ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Ian Kirk has resigned
from the Board, with effect from 12 September 2019.
The Board would like to thank him for his invaluable contribution to the Group and wishes him
well.
The Board also hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Gary Allen has been appointed to the
AfroCentric Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 September 2019.
Mr Allen is a Senior Executive within Sanlam Corporate. He holds a BComm Honours in
Finance and a B.Bus Honours in Marketing.
The Board congratulates Gary on his new appointment and looks forward to his contribution
to the Group going forward.
