AMENDMENT TO CASH DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS earlier today,
12 September 2019 ("the Announcement").
The following paragraph was inadvertently omitted from the Announcement, but does
appear in the full announcement which is available on the websites of both the Company
and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange:
"This dividend will be made from income reserves. The gross dividend is 25.00 cps.
Dividend Withholding Tax ("DWT") is 20%. The net local cash dividend to shareholders
liable for DWT will therefore be 20.00 cps."
All other information in the Announcement remains the same.
