POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 1 July 2019 in which they were
notified that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") would be held on Wednesday,
18 September 2019.
Shareholders are advised that a decision has been taken to postpone the AGM which is now
expected to be held on or about Monday, 21 October 2019.
A revised Notice of AGM incorporating new salient dates and times for the AGM will be issued
to shareholders on or about 20 September 2019 and an announcement confirming the re-issue
of the Notice of AGM will be published on SENS.
