CHANGE IN BOARD MEMBERSHIP
It is with regret that shareholders are informed that Thembisa
Skweyiya will retire as an independent non-executive director with
effect from 31 December 2019.
She will continue to serve as chairperson of the Social and Ethics
Committee until 31 December 2019 but will step off the Audit and Risk
Committee with immediate effect.
Thembisa served with distinction as a member of the board for 10 years
and also on a number of board committees and her contribution will be
missed.
