In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Adcorp wishes to
advise that it has terminated the services of Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Ltd as sponsor
to the Company with effect from 16 October 2019, by mutual consent.
Further to the above, Adcorp has appointed Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division
of Nedbank Limited, as sponsor to the Company with effect from 16 October 2019.
