CLOVER SCHEME: UPDATE ON COMPETITION TRIBUNAL HEARING
Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") announcements relating to
the acquisition by Milco SA Proprietary Limited of all the issued shares in Clover ("Clover Scheme"),
the last of which was released on SENS on 10 September 2019.
In that SENS announcement, shareholders were advised that the continuation of the Competition
Tribunal hearing in relation to the Clover Scheme had been set down for Monday, 16 September 2019.
The hearing was concluded yesterday and revisions to the conditions relating to employment were
submitted. A final decision from the Competition Tribunal is expected in due course and shareholders
will be notified accordingly once received.
