DELAY OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT AND RESCHEDULING OF SHAREHOLDERS PRESENTATION
Shareholders are advised that Texton has delayed the release of its full-year financial results for two days
due to a late change in accounting policy relating to the initial adoption of IFRS 9. The results will reflect the
latest standards in financial reporting and aims to provide our shareholders and stakeholders with more
relevant and comparable information.
Texton's expected distribution per share remains within the guidance provided in the trading statement dated
13 September 2019. The Board reaffirms the content thereof.
The release of the full year results has been rescheduled to Thursday, 19 September 2019. Details of the
rescheduled shareholders presentation will be available at RSVP link.
