Shareholders are hereby referred to the media article published by Merger Market on the
12th of September 2019, titled "RH Bophelo in advanced talks to buy 51% of Sakhiwo".
Shareholders are hereby informed that this statement and details referred to in this article are incorrect,
in that, Sakhiwo Health Solutions is not and has not being acquired by RH Bophelo.
Management of RH Bophelo will be submitting a request to Merger Market to correct this misstatement.
