CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Feng Tao, the executive director of the company
will resign from the board of the company with effect from 31 March 2020 to pursue other
interests in CadFund, Beijing.
Furthermore, Shareholders are informed that Mr. Jianguo LIU will be appointed on the board
of the company on 1 April 2020 as executive director and FD of the company.
Mr. Jianguo LIU has an MBA in Finance and marketing from from School of Economics and
Management of Tsinghua University and MIT school of management and a degree in inner
combustion engine from Xi'an Jiaotong university, China. He has extensive experience in
development finance, project finance and strategic marketing.
The board would like to thank Mr. Tao for his contribution on the board and wishes him well
in all future endeavors and welcomes Mr LIU on the board.
