RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of AfroCentric ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Mr
Anthony Pedersen has resigned as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of
Medscheme Holdings Proprietary Limited effective 23 September 2019. Anthony will continue
to lead the Medscheme business until the end of December 2019. The market will be updated
on the appointment of Mr Pedersen's successor in due course..
The Board would like to extend its sincere appreciation to Mr Pedersen for his valuable
contribution to the Company over the years and wish him continued success in his future
endeavours.
