CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the appointment of Mr Jowayne van Wyk to serve as an
independent non-executive director on the AEEI Board of Directors effective 23
September 2019.
Mr van Wyk is a qualified CA(SA) registered with the South African Institute of
Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and holds a SAICA Independent Reviewer Certificate
with SAICA. Mr van Wyk also holds a B Accounting Honours and B Comm degree from
Stellenbosch University. Mr van Wyk is currently the Financial Director for Van Wyk
Chartered Accountants and the Financial Controller for Guala Closures South Africa,
with over 10 years' experience in the accounting field.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr van Wyk and looks forward to his
contribution to the Board of AEEI.
