TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DECREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Gemgrow has received notification from Sanlam Investment Management
Proprietary Limited ("Sanlam") that, as a result of the increase in the number of Gemgrow B shares in issue
following the acquisition by Gemgrow of all Arrowhead Properties Limited shares in issue, Sanlam's total
beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients) has decreased to 2.07% of Gemgrow's total issued B shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Gemgrow has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
