CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the following change to the board of directors ("Board") of enX:
Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Jarrod Friedman has notified the Board of his intention to resign as enX's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO")
and executive director, effective 30 September 2019, with a six month's notice period enabling the board
sufficient time to find a suitable replacement. The Board will consider internal and external candidates in
its search for a replacement CFO.
The Board thanks Jarrod for his contribution and wishes him well in respect of his future endeavours.
