APPOINTMENT OF ANDREW MTHEMBU AS LEAD INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of EOH ("the Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew
Mthembu, as lead independent non-executive director, in line with King IV, effective immediately.
Andrew joined the board on 20 June 2019 as an independent non-executive director.
Dr Xolani Mkhwanazi, Chairman of EOH, said "This appointment is not only in line with good governance
but will serve as a strong sounding board, interface and support to myself and the rest of the board.
